Usually, when a user downloads Podner from our website it arrives in a file named Podner.dmg. Safari will open this file automatically, so as the download completes a window will appear with the Podner application icon and a ReadMe icon. Is the process getting this far on your Mac? If not, can you locate the Podner.dmg you have downloaded, then try double-clicking it and let us know what happens?
