| Post subject: | Audiobook Freezes Upon Applying MP3 files on my iMac |
Audiobook freezes upon applying my mp3 files on my iMac. It starts the loading process, and shows the % complete bar, but freezes there. After waiting five or so minutes, the completion bar has not started. I eventually have to force quit the program. I've restarted both the iMac and the program numerous times. I'm using the current version of Mountain Lion. I've just purchased the program, and am completely frustrated. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Audiobook Builder should be capable of importing most any MP3 file just fine. Would you be willing to send over one or more of the files for us to test with here? For that, try dragging just one into Audiobook Builder's Chapters section and should that single item cause the issue on it's own, email just that file to support@splasm.com. We'll get this sorted out really quickly once we know more about what exactly you're dealing with! |
