The Bookmark bug is very frustrating. Is there progress on this? I have noticed that when I listen to an ABB project on the computer in iTunes I never have the problem, it only occurs when listening to an ABB project on my ipod. In other words, iTunes handles it just fine but the ipod software (version 1.3) does not (same symptoms everyone else on this forum have described). I'm using the most recent version of Tiger on an iBook G4. The ipod is 5th generation video, 30 GB. iTunes 7.6.1 ABB 1.0.8 Thanks. |

Weird, 1.3 fixed the problem on my 80gb 5.5g iPod. I have heard some people were not affected at all by the bug, like the Touch & maybe a shuffle too. I think it is probably player specific, not just related to the iPod software. |

Im not sure if this was true but I believe that this bug was only happening on HD-based iPods, not on flash based.. so the nano/touch wasnt affected in the first place.. but im not sure if this was true. I have a 5g iPod and I also updated to 1.3, I havnt listened to a lot of audiobooks since the udpate, only about 5. and so far I havnt had any problems.. it might be fixed indeed. Wohoo! |
