What's the difference, because I was importing as individual files and then had one CD that wouldn't import (scratches or whatever) so I tried importing as Single file and all was OK (I think) So now I have this Project with mixed Individual CD's imported and Single file CD's imported.

If you leave it as a chapter per disc as is the default, you wont notice the difference. If you hit the little arrow to the left of the chapter title in the chapter tab, you will see a list of files in that chapter. A single file CD import will only have one file, while an individual file import will have a list of track files.

The only real difference would be if you import as a single file, you cannot split the disc up into individual chapters per track. If you import as individual files, you can split the disc up into chapters or delete individual tracks if they are unwanted.
