Just started using a Mac AND CheckBook Pro! Now my question....

Is it possible to sort on multiple columns? I would like to sort by Date followed by Amount. I want to see if I have multiple entries for the same amount on the same day.

Some times when I import my bank statement and have duplicates, I want them to stand out. Example: Right now on the "pre-import" screen I have to check and make sure that each entry has not already been added to register. If I miss something and don't un-check an item to be imported and it becomes a duplicate, I want to be able to sort on date/amount and make sure there aren't duplicates. This would usually happen when my register dates and my import dates overlap.

Suggestions?

Use the SEARCH (FILTER) BOX in the top right to set the first criteria (in your case, the date or date range), then click on the column heading (each time you click it, it will either sort from top to bottom or vice versa) to sort the second criteria (in your case, the amount.)
