| Post subject: | Checkbook won't launch?!?! Please help! |
When I click the Checkbook icon in my dock or from Finder, the icon bounces briefly then stops. It doesn't show the blue "on" light and won't launch. Help?!?!?!! I've already rebooted and it's the only program giving me any trouble; everything else is fine! |

Until the team returns tomorrow, you can read this page http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13727_7-10330759-263.html Don't delete the "Accounts.plist" file though -- it's all your checkbook records. Start by Repairing Permissions (Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility.. select and highlight the hard drive on the left, and then repair disk permissions) Also reset the Parameter RAM (PRAM) -- Restart while holding down command-option-P and R keys, let the chimes ring three times and let go. If these don't work, I would try this: Throw out the application, download it again, and reinstall it, and then restart. Good luck. |
