I am transferring from Quicken. I do not understand how to use the "split" function. I want to enter a gross amount then deductions so that the net amount is finally posted. Please advise how to do so. Thank you. |

You can enter your gross amount as the first split. You can then use a negative number for the next split to represent a deduction from your gross. Keep entering any deductions as negative amounts. This will leave you with the net value for the total of the split entry. I hope that helps. If you need more details, please let us know! |
