Timing is everything... found CheckBook Pro in the App store and bought it yesterday ($32.50). Today I see on your website that you are selling it for $19.95. Any chance that I could get a refund/adjustment? |

If you ordered from the App Store, I am afraid there isn't much flexibility there. You would need to get a hold of Apple Support for a refund, and then order again at the new price point. We get a handful of promo codes per release and thats about it. We can't issue individual sales codes like we can with our own store. We do hope Apple gives the developers a bit more for tools for dealing with returns, refunds, upgrades and responding to support comments on the App Store. If someone posts questions or support related comments on the App Store, we have no way of responding to them to help. |

I totally understand... figured that it didn't hurt to ask. |
