| Post subject: | Reconcile |
I am trying to Reconcile for the first time with this program. I did not import old version of program I had. I started with my last reconciliation balance. This program will not let me force reconcile. How do I force reconcile so that all of my future reconciliation are correct. Thanks Teresa |

To get Reconciled in CheckBook, first, mark off all your Entries as Resolved as compared to your bank statement. This is done by adding checkmarks to the boxes in the column with a check at the top of it. Then, you can type your Ending statement balance in to the field labeled 'Statement Balance', hit the Return key on your keyboard, and if everything matches up right the Reconcile button will light up. Click on the Reconcile button and your Entries will be locked in as Resolved and thus fully Reconciled in CheckBook. |
