Hello. I originally purchased Checkbook on 11/7/07, and am quite happy with it. This morning (11/9/08) I decided to upgrade it, which gave me v2.0.2 Build 3. I retrieved my serial number and I enter it when the "Please register..." panel comes up, but the "OK" button does not activate. When I hit cancel it seems to only show a subset of my entries from earlier this year, and I assume I don't need to purchase it again since we're not to v3 yet. What gives?

FYI, I'm running Checkbook on a MacBook Pro which is running Mac OSX v10.5.5.

Thanks!
Mark

Mark,

We have updated to 2.0 since your order in 2007. That means your serial number for 1.x will not work on 2.x versions. The good news is your original order came during our transition period, so you get a free upgrade to 2.0. We will email you instructions on how to receive your free 2.0 serial number shortly.

Let us know if you have anymore questions after receiving your new serial number, Mark!
