I upgraded my CBP to 2.5.6. It works O.K., but I notice very slow closing, with a spinning pizza, a pause, another spinning pizza, and then close. Running a late 2009 to mid-2010 iMac with lots of RAM under 10.10.1. Just reporting. |

It sounds like there's something going on with the final save. Would you be willing to recreate the same scenario there and then, just after the application has finished closing, generate a System Information report to send over? The report will provide some logging of background processes for a brief time period that'll allow us to check for any sort of behind-the-scenes issues being encountered during the save process. You can create a System Information report by clicking the Finder icon in your Dock, going to the Go menu at the top of your screen, clicking the Utilities menu item, opening System Information.app, then going to the File menu and clicking the Save... menu item. Email the resulting report file to us at support@splasm.com and we'll have a look. |
