I am tracking several accounts. I want to print one page for my wife that would just show the totals for those accounts, no other information. Is this possible? |

Unfortunately, CheckBook Pro isn’t currently capable of generating a single page that contains only Account names and balances. If you wanted to print that information, perhaps it would work to take a screenshot of the Accounts drawer. To take a screenshot, hold down the Shift and Command keys with one hand while hitting the number 3 key with the other hand. You’ll hear a camera shutter and an image file will save to the Desktop—this can then be opened in something like Preview, for printing. |
