I've just had a mac die on me, so have downloaded CheckBook 2.0.2 onto my macbook hoping to use it to open up my backup file. Unfortunately my old serial number doesn't seem to work - the 'OK' box stays dim in the registration window.

Any ideas?

You may have ordered your version of CheckBook before we released 2.0, so your serial number will not work with the new 2.0 versions. You can always download the latest 1.x version here: http://www.splasm.com/checkbook1x/downloads.html

If you ordered after Sept. 2006, you are eligible for a free upgrade to 2.0. If you ordered before Sept. 2006, you are eligible for the 40 percent off discount for existing users. I'll see if I'm eligible for 2.0, but no problem if not - 1.x does everything I want it to!
