| Post subject: | serial number problem? |
I've just had a mac die on me, so have downloaded CheckBook 2.0.2 onto my macbook hoping to use it to open up my backup file. Unfortunately my old serial number doesn't seem to work - the 'OK' box stays dim in the registration window. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help! |

You may have ordered your version of CheckBook before we released 2.0, so your serial number will not work with the new 2.0 versions. You can always download the latest 1.x version here: http://www.splasm.com/checkbook1x/downloads.html If you ordered after Sept. 2006, you are eligible for a free upgrade to 2.0. If you ordered before Sept. 2006, you are eligible for the 40 percent off discount for existing users. Just email us at customerservice@splasm.com with the name or email you used to register, and we can look up your order and take care of you. |
