I am looking to set up CBPro for multiple uses. I'd like to set it up for my personal use at home, and then also another account for my local church and maybe even scout group.

Is there a way to do this? I know I can just add additional accounts, but then I see the total $$ for ALL the accounts listed. I'd like to be able to not be able to see how much $$ is in the scout account or church account while doing personal $$, and likewise the other way too.

When i've tried to install another CBPro (I have a family pack) on the same system, it just goes back to the same data. Can I install it elsewhere? Or the data?

Any thoughts, suggestions, or workarounds would be appreciated.

One option you can try is to lock the accounts you want to separate. while they are locked, the totals are hidden and they will not be calculated in the all accounts total. You can unlock and re-lock accordingly to show and hide balances. You can lock an account by editing the account in question and entering a password in the optional password field.

The other option would be if you have fast user switching and other users set up on your computer, you could use a different user to manage a new set of accounts.
