| Post subject: | Missing "Edit All Accounts" |
I want to delete some Categories however when I go to the Account menu on the toolbar there is no line item for "Edit All Accounts", only "Edit Account ...". I'm running Checkbook Pro v. 3.0.3 ((2147). Under the Windows menu there is a listing for "Categories..." but this only allows editing the name, not deleting. THX! |

In CheckBook Pro 3 or later, the Categories list is accessed by going to the Window menu and selecting the Categories menu option, like you're talking about. And, the thing is, Categories should be easy to delete from there. But, you're saying when you select an item and then hit the Delete key on your keycard, or click the button marked with a slashed-circle nothing happens for you there? If so, what version of macOS do you have installed? |

My mistake -- it looked to me that the circle with the slash through it was greyed out, so I ignored it. Clicking on it opens the Remove Category window. All is good now. Thanks! |
