I have duplicate files of old Checkbook 2 versions in my Mac OS 26.0.1 Applications folder. Can I remove them without affecting my current version 3.0.3? If so, do I just highlight the files and move them to trash?

Indeed, CheckBook 2 is completely separate from CheckBook 3 so it won't hurt CheckBook 3 to remove anything associated with CheckBook 2. Feel free to drag to the Trash, or single-click and File > Move to Trash, the application, which has the closed checkbook, credit card, and green pen icon, and its document, which has a ".cbaccounts" (not ".cb3accounts") file extension.
