Currently CheckBook Schedule facility does not cater for situations such as my monthly property taxes and water taxes here in England. I pay over ten months. For instance, in April I must pay £107 but the following nine monthly payments are for £105. Then there are two months with no payment before the next financial year starts. Please could you consider this requirement?

Thanks,

I can't give a definite time frame but we do have it in mind to present more advanced scheduling options. In the meantime, one way to work around this is to create a Monthly Schedule set to £105, double-click the Amount in the Schedule Reminder for April and change to £107 , then remove the Scheduled Entry when it pops up in February and March, 2007. Not ideal but not too difficult. Thanks for letting us know about your particular scheduling concerns, though - that will help when we do get to the point where we sit down to design enhancements to the Scheduled Entries feature.

Set up a schedule to repeat 10 times with the starting amount and in the description leave a reminder for the other nine months amount. When the first repeat comes up, just alter the scheduled amount. When completed 10 times the schedule falls dead. When next April comes round, just alter the date and amounts and away you go!
